A new development of 205 affordable homes in Winsford, Cheshire has now been completed by Breck Homes and handed over to housing provider Jigsaw Homes Group.
The brownfield scheme on Wharton Road includes one to four-bedroom houses and apartments for affordable rent, Rent to Buy and shared ownership, helping to meet local housing need in Winsford. The development has received additional funding from Homes England.
In 2022, the development stalled following the administration of its initial developer.
Breck recommenced work at the part-built development in October 2023 following a successful tender. The first handovers began in early 2025 and the scheme has now been completed, with the final residents currently moving into their new homes.

Breck Homes was established in Lancashire in 2020 and now has a live and future development pipeline of 2,200 affordable homes across the North.
