Emma leads the finance function at Breck Homes with a strategic mindset, ensuring financial operations align with the company’s wider growth ambitions. Beginning her career in 2012 at MCI Developments as an Office Administrator, she progressed to Finance Manager before joining Breck in 2023.

With over a decade in housebuilding, Emma takes pride in delivering financial insights that shape strategic decisions, while supporting Breck’s reputation as a trusted property brand. Emma is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Spending time with family and friends, and horse riding.
