Group Commercial Director
David is Commercial Director at Breck, leading the commercial function at group level and working closely with both regions to deliver the company’s ambition growth plans. With responsibility from land viability through to siter completion, David ensures schemes are commercially robust, efficient and delivered to the highest standards.
He began his career as a Quantity Surveyor with McInerney Homes in 2005, later holding roles at Redrow Homes and MCI Developments, where he progressed to Commercial Manager. Since joining Breck Homes in 2020, he has combined his commercial expertise with a passion for creating high-quality homes that drive sustainable growth.
