Group Technical Director
Dan leads the technical function at Breck Homes, overseeing delivery at a group level and ensuring the successful execution of the company’s ambitious growth plans. Working closely with both regional teams, he is involved throughout the development lifecycle, from assessing land viability through to final site completion.
Dan began his career in engineering consultancy, spending over seven years at Coppers as a Geotechnical and Infrastructure Engineer. In 2014, he moved into housebuilding as a Design Engineer with Persimmon Homes, before joining MCI Developments in 2015. Over five years at MCI, he rose to Technical Manager, gaining extensive experience in managing complex housing projects.
Since 2020, Dan has been Technical Director at Breck Homes, bringing more than a decade of sector experience, including nine years as a department leader. His focus remains on driving technical excellence, efficiency and innovation to support Breck’s continued expansion across the North West and Yorkshire.
