Andy has spent his entire career in housebuilding, starting as a graduate trainee at Barratt

Homes in 2004. In 2011, he co-founded MCI Developments, which under his leadership grew to become the North West’s largest construction company specialising in affordable housing.

He successfully negotiated the multi-million pound sale of MCI to Keepmoat Homes, the UK’s sixth largest housebuilder, completing the transaction in 2017, before exiting in 2019.

Over his career, Andy has acquired more than 150 development and investment sites, gaining extensive experience in construction, land and strategic growth.

In 2020, he founded Breck Homes, which he now heads across the North West and Yorkshire.

Highly visible and hands-on, Andy continues to drive Breck’s ambition to become one of the most respected property brands in the North, building on his own proven track record of success.

Andy’s journey reflects consistent achievement and entrepreneurial drive, positioning him a key figure in shaping the future of housebuilding in the North.
