This mixed-tenure development features a diverse range of high-quality homes, including a selection of 2 and 3-bedroom homes, complemented by 1-bedroom apartments.

The development carried a Gross Development Value (GDV) of £8.5 million and was part of a wider retail development, with new Co op, link road to the A6 and a further 250 residential units, all instigated by Breck.
