Harwood Road

Completed in Spring 2024

This mixed-tenure development features a diverse range of high-quality homes, including a selection of 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes, complemented by 1 and 2-bedroom apartments.

 

The development carried a Gross Development Value (GDV) of £17 million. The site was a former domestic landfill, which breck fully remediated and developed via pioneering foundation solutions.
