This mixed-tenure development features a diverse range of high-quality homes, including a selection of 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes, complemented by 1-bedroom apartments.

The development carried a Gross Development Value (GDV) of £35 million, which included the full remediation of a former power station. The scheme was constructed 1 year ahead of programme.
