Barnes Road

Completed in January 2024.

This mixed-tenure development features a diverse range of high-quality 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes, while also providing valuable community facilities including allotment gardens. Following the stalling of scheme from a former contractor, Breck Homes were able to provide a swift return to site for Jigsaw Homes, entering into contract following a 6-week period of negotiation.

The development carried a Gross Development Value (GDV) of £10 million.
