Northern property developer Breck Homes is now live at three affordable housing developments in Bradford, which will deliver a combined 107 homes.
The three schemes are all in Bradford and are being developed in partnership with Yorkshire-based affordable housing provider Incommunities.
In April, Breck commenced work on a 53-home development at Rushton Avenue on behalf of the organisation. Earlier this month, Breck and Incommunities also completed contracts for a 20-home development at Flockton Road and 34-homes at nearby Brompton Avenue, following planning approval from Bradford Council for the Brompton Avenue scheme.
Both schemes are expected to be completed by December 2027.
Flockton Road and Brompton Avenue will feature two, three and four-bedroom homes, complemented by one-bedroom maisonettes and apartments, as well as shared space.
The two sites were purchased unconditionally from Bradford Council by Breck in 2025. The schemes will feature a combination of properties for social and affordable rent.
Rushton Avenue includes a range of two-to-four-bedroom houses to be made available for social rent, in addition to one-bedroom maisonettes and apartments.

Incommunities is a social housing provider based in Shipley, West Yorkshire, which manages over 22,000 properties across the county, primarily in the Bradford area.

Breck is also awaiting planning permission for 120-homes at Dawson’s Corner, Leeds, which would represent its fourth affordable development in the county. The scheme was formerly a data centre owned by Lloyds Bank, which closed its doors in 2020 and will bring a significant delivery of affordable housing for the city by re-purposing brownfield land.

The business has completed more than 1,000 affordable homes to date, with a further 2,200 in its development pipeline. Last summer, Breck purchased a 4,400 sq ft office at Millshaw Park Industrial Estate, near Leeds, to accelerate its growth in Yorkshire.
