Breck is a privately-run, award-winning developer, established in 2017. With a growing portfolio across the North.

We partner with leading housing associations and deliver homes that strengthen communities and make a real difference. Since we started, we have delivered more than 1,000 new homes and, as of Autumn 2025, have a pipeline of over 2,000 in development.
