As part of its commitment to deliver lasting change and stronger communities across the North, Breck has delivered more than 1,000 new homes since its inception and, as of Autumn 2025, has a pipeline of 2,000 homes in development. This pipeline is growing month by month, aided by our agile and flexible approach to client partnerships, and swift decision making when acquiring land for development.
Breck also operates an investment arm that owns and manages a diverse portfolio of commercial properties.
Breck is led by respected property professional, Andy Garnett, whose careers spams over 20 years. In 2010 Andy co-founded MCI Developments Limited which under his control grew to being the North West’s largest construction company specialising in the delivery of affordable homes. In 2017, MCI was acquired by Keepmoat Homes.
