Northern property developer, Breck Homes, has strengthened its recently opened Yorkshire office with the appointment of Steven Graham as Senior Land Manager.
Steven, who will be based at Breck’s Leeds office, has joined the business from Yorkstone Homes. He brings extensive experience in land identification, deal-making, legal negotiations and planning, with a strong track record of delivering partnership housing schemes and open market developments.
His role will focus on identifying and securing land across Yorkshire for the delivery of affordable housing developments, working in partnership with housing associations, local authorities and other partners.
Steven began his career with Persimmon Homes and has also held senior positions at Keepmoat Group, Countryside and Rouse Homes. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Construction Management from Sheffield Hallam University and lives in Barnsley.
Nigel Robson, Regional Managing Director (Yorkshire) at Breck Homes, said: “Steven’s appointment is another important step in the growth of our Yorkshire region as we build our presence from our Leeds office and progress new opportunities across the county.
“Securing the right land in the right locations is vital to our ability to deliver high-quality affordable housing and improve communities. Steven brings exactly the type of experience, partnership approach and personal skills we need to expand our pipeline and work closely with housing associations and local authorities to deliver much-needed homes.
“Breck has ambitions plans in Yorkshire and Steven will play a key role in bringing sites forward that support our growth.”
Breck opened its Leeds office in 2025 and recently started its first Yorkshire development, in Bradford.
Steven said: “Breck has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality developments and working collaboratively with its partners. The business has a strong management team and ambitious growth plans, so it’s an exciting time to be joining.
“I’m looking forward to playing my part in growing Breck’s Yorkshire presence and working with our partners to deliver much needed new homes across the county.”
