Philip leads the Breck Homes North West team, driving growth by implementing group strategies, managing risk and improving profitability, while ensuring sustainable expansion.

With over 28 years’ experience across plc housebuilding and strategic land promoters, he brings deep industry expertise and strong leadership. For the past nine years, he has held senior roles at Anwyl Homes, serving as Regional Managing Director and later, Chief Operating Officer, overseeing a team of 250 staff.

With a career grounded in land, Philip is a strong networker and communicator, known for his meticulous attention to detail and strategic approach to business success.

Out of work?
I am Manchester United fan and regularly attend matches when able. I also enjoy spinning, padel and travelling both home and away, exploring different cultures and cuisines.
What inspires me?
I take a lot of satisfaction when revisiting completed developments to see them flourishing with homeowners and families making a house a home. I am also passionate about encouraging and mentoring young people into the construction industry.
