Wharton Road, Winsford

Breck Homes has entered into contract with Jigsaw Homes Group on a stalled housing development off Wharton Road in Winsford.

Following a successful tender bid, the 205 plot mixed tenure development of houses and apartments was re-started by Breck in November 2023, with anticipated completion in Summer 2026.
