Westfield Road, Catterall

Breck Homes constructed 55 homes off Westfield Road in Catterall for Progress Housing Association.

The scheme was a mix of 1 bed maisonettes and 2 & 3 bed houses with mixed tenure of shared ownership and social rent.

Works started on site in November 2020 with all plots handed over to Progress in February 2022.
