Breck Homes has now completed a development of 53 homes off Sandy Lane in Cottam under contract with Places For People Housing Association.

This affordable scheme of 1 bedroom maisonettes and 2, 3 & 4 bedroom houses commenced in Autumn 2021 and was completed in Spring 2023.
