Breck Homes has a acquired a site off Croxton Lane in Middlewich and have submitted a planning application with Cheshire East Council for 74 affordable homes.

Following successful planning permission the scheme comprising 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses and 1 bedroom apartments will be built under contract with a Housing Association partner.
