Breck Homes secured planning from Wyre Council for 81 affordable homes off Bourne Road and Fleetwood Road North in Thorton Cleveleys

The mixed tenure site comprises 2 and 3 bedroom homes and 1 bedroom apartments is being built under contract with Places For People Housing Association

The scheme commenced in January 2024 and is due for completion in early 2026.
