Ash Court, Clifton

Breck Homes have submitted plans to Fylde Borough Council for a residential development off Ash Court in Clifton.

The 1, 2 and 3 bedroom home scheme will bring much needed affordable housing to the area.

Subject to planning approval, works are anticipated to start in Summer 2024.
