Barnes Road, Skelmersdale

Breck Homes has now completed a 60 plot development with Jigsaw Homes  off Barnes Road,  Skelmersdale.

The mixed tenure site comprises 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes and provides valuable community facilities including allotment gardens.

Following the stalling of scheme from a former contractor, Breck Homes were able to provide a swift return to site for Jigsaw Homes, entering into contract following a 6 week period of negotiation. Works re-started on site in May 2022 and were completed in December 2023.
